成熟佛手果实中含柠檬油素（citropten limettin），6，7-二甲氧基香豆精（6，7-dimethoxycoumarin），3，5，8-三羟基-4'，7-二甲氧基黄酮门（3，5，8-trihydroxy-4'，7-dimethoxy- flavone），柠檬苦素（limonin），闹米林（nomillin），胡萝卜甙（dau- costerol），β-谷甾醇（β-sitosterol），对-羟基苯丙烯酸（p-hydroxy phenylpropenoic acid），棕榈酸（palmitic acid），琥珀酸（succinic acid），顺式-头-尾3，4，3’，4’-柠檬油素二聚体（cis-head-to-tail- limettin dimer），顺式-头－头-3，4， 3’，4’-柠檬油素二聚体（cis- head-to-headh-limettin dimer），3，5，6-三羟基-4’，7-二甲氧基黄酮（3，5，6-trihydroxy-4’，7-dimethoxyflavone）及3，5，6-三羟基-7，3’，4’-三甲氧基黄酮（3，5，6-trihydroxy-7，3’，4’-trimethoxyfla-vone），还含痕量的香叶木甙（diosmin）和橙皮甙（hesperidin）。
