1, 论坛提供原始录音和文本，战友们自行对照练习。
2, 熟练后，上传自己的录音。
（录音质量要求：1, 音量适度、语音清晰、语调柔和、节奏明朗。2, 单词发音准确。 3、在语句流利、自然的基础上尽量提高语速。建议录音时不要过分依赖稿子，常见句型争取脱口而出。）
3, 根据大家的录音质量，论坛给予积分奖励。
4，战友们可以相互点评，纠正，讨论。

D: Have you had a cold recently?
P: Yes I did, but I figured I was over it, so I went swimming. I can tell you the
water sure was cold. I guess that wasn't very smart, was it?
D: It doesn't look like it.
P: It's nothing serious, is it?
D: Let's hope so. It's a good thing you came in right away. Have you had any
fever today?
P: After I had that chill, I took my temperature, and that was 103 degrees
Fahrenheit. So I got a bit worried and decided to come in.
D: Is your neck stiff?
P: No.
D: Have you ever coughed out blood?
P: No, doctor. I'm beginning to feel pretty bad. It even hurts now when I take a
deep breath.
D: All right. Let's just examine you briefly. And then we'll see if we can't make
you more comfortable.

开口说21、23、29期中有“can't”，均读得较重。
