我有一朋友想写英文论文，写了一段后，不敢确定自己这样写作是否符合英文书写规范 。不知道整体感觉如何，也就是说该语句是否符合英语表达方式，还是中国式英语。希望哪位有写作经验的兄弟姐妹帮忙看看，谢谢大家了，他所写的段落如下：
Being sessile and constantly exposed to the environment, plants are inevitably attacked by many kinds of pathogeneses all through their lives. To survive, they have evolved complicated mechanisms for pathogen detection and signal transduction, which corporately initiate effective defensive reactions against the invaders.Currently, the plant immune system is considered to have two branches,one, named PTI, using PRR to recognize general pathogen elicitors, leads to a somehow weak response, the other, referred to as ETI, using encoded NB-LRR proteins to react to specific elicitors, results in strong responses that is often accompanied by HR at the entry site of pathogeneses. Both PTI and ETI involve qualitively similar but quantitively distinct changes of gene expression at the transcriptome level. A number of signal components including phytohormones, transcription factors, and protein kinases were shown to be implicated and played important roles in this process.
