I have not treated a patient with periodontitis for a long time. Today I treat one professor. He is very tender to pain and just let me remove the supergingival calculus. But as far as my concern, He need more--subgingival scaling. I tried to tell him the effect of subgingival calculus to the health of periodontium, he finally allowed me to heip himto maitain his oral hygiene. When I finished my work, he was a little shy because he took me a lot of trouble and thanks me very much.
My english is poor ,i hope that i can wite something too!
